This Privacy Policy describes how Gridly Puzzle (“the App”), published by Nevil Sanchpara (“we”, “us”, or “our”), handles information when you use our mobile application on iOS and Android.
Summary
Gridly Puzzle is an offline sliding puzzle game. We do not require an account, we do not sell your data, and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers. Most data stays on your device.
Information We Collect
We collect very little information:
- Data stored on your device only — game progress, puzzle statistics, unlocked levels, and app settings (such as sound, vibration, and theme). This is saved locally using your device’s storage and is not sent to our servers.
- Photos you choose (optional) — if you use picture puzzle mode and select an image from your photo library or camera, that image is used only on your device to create puzzles. We do not upload your photos to our servers.
We do not collect:
- Name, email, or account information (no sign-up required)
- Location data
- Contacts or address book
- Advertising identifiers for tracking
How We Use Information
Information stored on your device is used only to:
- Save your game progress and settings
- Display picture puzzles from images you select
- Improve your in-app experience
Device Permissions
The App may request the following permissions:
- Photo Library — to let you pick an image for custom picture puzzles.
- Camera — to take a photo for custom picture puzzles (if you choose this option).
You can deny these permissions and still play number puzzles. Picture puzzles that need a photo will not work without permission.
Third-Party Services
Version 1.0 of Gridly Puzzle does not include third-party analytics, advertising networks, or social media SDKs. The App works offline and does not require an internet connection for core gameplay.
Children’s Privacy
Gridly Puzzle is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we do not collect personal data, no parental consent is required for data collection under applicable laws.
Data Retention & Deletion
All app data is stored on your device. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing the App’s data in your device settings.
In-App Purchases
Version 1.0 is free with no in-app purchases. If we add purchases in a future version, this policy will be updated. Payment processing is handled by Apple or Google, not by us directly.
Security
Because data remains on your device and we do not operate user accounts or cloud storage for personal data, risk of data breach from our servers is minimal. Please keep your device secure with a passcode or biometric lock.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
